Designing an Integrated and Unified Government Communication Channels System "Effective Government Communication Across All Channels" / From July 20 - 24, 2025 / Istanbul - Turkey

Introduction

In today’s digital era, traditional communication channels are no longer sufficient to meet citizens’ needs in interacting with the government. Success in government communication relies on implementing multi-channel strategies that ensure a unified and consistent experience across all touchpoints. This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to design and manage multi-channel government communication strategies.
