Participation Requirements for Working Papers:
- Submissions should present a practical experience, a success story, a research study, or a working paper related to the conference themes.
Applicants submitting scientific papers for the conference must adhere to the following:
- Clearly identify the specific theme that the paper will address.
- Ensure that the research topic is relevant to the main theme of the conference.
- The research paper or working paper should not exceed 30 single-sided pages.
- Adhere to standard academic citation and referencing guidelines.
- Include figures, tables, diagrams, and images in their appropriate places within the text.
- A separate cover page should include the title, author’s name, and their affiliated institution.
Specifications for Researches & Working Papers:
- Page size: A4.
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all four sides.
- Font: SIMPLIFIED ARABIC.
- Main title: Bold, font size 16.
- Subtitles: Bold, font size 14.
- Body text: Normal, font size 14.
- Figures and tables: Normal, font size 12.
- Footnotes: Normal, font size 12.
Submission Deadlines for Papers / Research / Presentations:
- A one-page research abstract, along with a brief bio (max. three lines) and a personal photo, must be submitted no later than September 1, 2025.
- The full research paper or working paper must be submitted electronically no later than November 1, 2025.
- If the submission is accepted, the participant will receive a 25% discount on the conference registration fee.
